This week's date was the perfec Sunday morning/ brunch/ lunchtime.

Following the excesses of Boogaloo Stu's 40th Birthday on Saturday it was my turn to be mocked with a hangover (see Scoop n Crumb below) so went to Nia Cafe in the heart of North Laine. Turns out they do the most amazing juices and smoothies to bring you round (apple and mint is gorgeous) and breakfasts all day long!

You can pic n mix breaky or go for one of their signature dishes. Steve went for the full English with is beautiful (the hash browns are to die for, they make them there with leek and potato) and they make their own signature baked beans! They're in almost a salsa but are so lovely and a wee bit healthier (and I'm a Heinz fan) Steve even said you don't need ketchup... Shocker.

I opted for pancakes with berries (you can have them with banana and maple syrup) and I can confirm they instantly cure any hangover. All in all I can say sat in the sun in their beautiful chilled out cafe it was the perfect Sunday and the best breakfast ever.

I want to send you! Keep listening to the show today and I'll tell you more...

So this week we thought we'd give you something a little bit different...

Rather than giving a date for you and your lurver we thought we'd send you on a girlie one at Hot Hair in Regent Arcade. I've never seen so much hair in all my life, hair and crisps- what more could you possibly want?!

It's such a girlie treat as they've got everything you could want in wigs and they've got all the hair extentions including Jessica Simpson's (if it's good enough for Jessica) they've got clip on pony tails, braids as well as full on glamour wigs.

Sue and Jess helped out adn reckon they can match 99% of all hair colours, but if they can't they'll order you one in and try it that way.

I think the most amazing thing they do at Hot Hair are the necessity wigs for if you've not been well. There's a private section you can go and whatever your prescription they will give you whatever you want. Most places have a very small selection for sickness wigs but Hot hair will give you whatever you want. They've even got transparent gauze to give a really natural look to your scalp.

Let's face it girls- it's cheaper and less permanent than going to the hairdresser! Who wants to go to Hot Hair?! Keep listening to the show and I'll send you!

So here's date with a difference... You go together, you leave together but you get to have a beautiful treatment in the blissful peace in you're own room. Hmm. Some would say it's the best date ever...

Steve's obviously never done anything like this ever before so was apprehensive about going to a "spa" and having a "facial" but Chelsea and Abbey were really chilled and totally professional, in fact all the girls I've met at Champneys are all so sweet they make you feel totally at ease.

It sound weird to have a date and not actually spend it together but because you both have you're own lovely experiences you both come out feeling lovely and talking about what you did.

The whole building is like a hotel, with rooms above and below the ground floor. Downstairs they have the huge pedichairs (which massage your bum) and all the rooms are beautifully. Each with their own ipod and lighting setting so it;s perfect for you.

If you go, have the Body Cocoon, divine. Full exfolition and moisterised, with a massage and go after work, it's the perfect way to unwind.

Keep listening to the show and I'll send one of you to this fabulous date

Another Saturday, another date. Only this time Steve's got the hangover from hell and it's touch and go whether he'll make it. Not happy.

Just as well it's at the absolutely divine Scoop and Crumb on East Street. This little ice cream cafe really is a total gem. Jonathan makes all the ice cream on site and lets you try as many as you want before you buy. They do coffee and sandwiches, but trust me- it's the ice cream you want.

Everything from rum n raision to banoffe pie is frozen creamy heaven and they do sorbets and everything.

Sit downstairs in and see everyone come and go but for me sitting upstairs with your lover opposite gazing down and watching the world go by is the best way.

After 2 coffees (bringing Steve round) and 2 of the most amazing sundaes ever (see below) we went upstairs to the little kitchen where they make everything they sell. We tried a brand new margarita sorbet which was unreal and then we made mango sorbet! It doesn't sound romantic but it is, you've got something to talk about and you're doing it together!

Jonathan is a dream and next time you're in town get over there and get some ice cream heaven!

Can't wait to send you and someone great on this date- keep listening and I might send you!

Last Saturday we had our lovely date at Headmasters with love Fran and Hugo.

It's a brand spanking new salon in the centre of town on Jubilee Street and all glass fronted and terribly cool, which can make you feel like you can't step foot in without Gucci heels on, but it's so nice in there and everyone's so sweet, you'll have a laugh!

You can go along, sit next to eachother, have a chat, bit of a giggle, cup of tea... or something stronger if you fancy it!

Hugo originally worked for Headmasters and has cut hair all over the world and Fran is the best colourist in the group, which now has over 33 salons, and now they get to be by the seaside doing what they love.

You'll get head massages and even the leather seats at the sinks are designed to spoil you chill you out and make you feel all lovely.

They're open Sundays as well and every night til late so go in there after work for a gorgeous blow dry all ready for the weekend! Woo!

As always I'll be giving you the chance to win this fabulous date on the show, so you can get your barnet sorted!

    xoxo

ooh a lovely new page, for a lovely new show!

We are very proud to be sponsored on a Saturday lunchtime by lovebrighton.com and the wonderful Angie who's created this fantastic site.

It's a dating site exclusively to Sussex (so you don't have to trek up and down the country to find the love of your life) but also it's got loads of brill things to do if you love Brighton. There's cheap dates, unusual dates for you to do with boyf/ girlf/ friends/ best mates/ potential mates, so have a look to save going down the pub again.

Today on the show we've got tips on seduction, as a shocking news fewer and fewer women feel they are seductive! Joining me in the studio are celebrity fashion stylist Bay Garnett and perfumer Roger Dove, to find out what we can do to make us feel more seductive and in the mood! We want your suggestions as well- email anytime you like by posting messages on the wall.

We'll get Brighton loved up if it's the last thing we do!
